VOA (Voice of America 美國之聲) 有 Learning English 學習英文的單元，最近再備課，發現資源超級豐富!

最上排有分三個程度，分別是-- Beginning level (初級), Intermediate level (中級), Advanced Level (高級)，如果是點Beginning level，又有分成 Level 1 (共52個lessons)和 Level 2 (共30個lessons)。稍微看了一下內容，覺得Level 1 比較像國小程度，Level 2 比較像國中程度，大家可以視自己的程度來選擇級別。

以Beginning Level 的課程來說，有會話影片(附英文字幕)、會話逐字稿、單字、四題聽力測驗，覺得蠻豐富的! 若老師要設計課外的教學內容，可以參考一下喔! 這個網站也很適合自學! 推薦給大家!

1. What is a potluck?-- Everyone brings their own dish to a gathering. 每個人準備一道食物的聚餐。

2. no-no food 雷料理

    Avoid bringing these kinds of food. 避免準備這類的食物。

3. Main course/Entree 主食

(1) Salad 沙拉 -- Potato salad 馬鈴薯沙拉、Macaroni salad 通心粉沙拉

(2) Sliced meat 肉片-- Chicken 雞肉、Beef 牛肉

4. Dessert 點心-- Jell-O 果凍、fruit 水果

5. Drinks 飲料-- Juice 果汁、Soft drinks 氣泡飲料

6. How many people will be there? 有多少人會來? 

7. Bring enough to feed ten people. 請準備十人份的食物。

12. 在potluck場合適合的問題:

(1) What did you bring? 你帶了什麼食物?

(2) Did you make this? 這你做的嗎? 

(3) What did you put in it? 你裡面放了什麼?

(4) You have to try this. 你一定要嘗嘗這個。

13. 回覆:

(1) Wow! That is really good. 非常好吃。

(2) Oh! That’s really interesting. 喔...這很有趣。(其實不怎麼喜歡，可能心裡想的是 That is so bad.)
